There are 3 sets of flash cards. A lower case set. An upper case set. And a set with the cases connected together on one card with a statement, such as, “This is the Dish for the dog food.” There are picture clues on the front side of the cards, and no clues on the back side. Children love playing card games. Matching the upper case letter with its lower case is a favorite! Includes the Long Vowels. It’s fun to create short words with the lower set and the upper set.
Order of Study:
- Lower Case cards
- Cases Connected cards
- Upper Case cards
Then, play matching games with the Lower and Upper Case cards!
Begin with the Picture Clue side, and then move to the Plain Letter side.
